Worst service ever joined me to a room with a doctor and this doctor never came hours. I waited I’m confused. I tried to get out and come back into a different doctor and I can’t do that either. It just doesn’t work worst

Thank you so much for providing this service. The only thing I would change about it is my Medicare and Tricare insurance helping pay for each visit!! But the doctors are knowledgeable and kind and as a single mom, not having to leave my house to get care is amazing!

19 minutes!! That’s how long it took to talk to the doctor and get a prescription IN HAND with McLeod Telehealth. Triston woke me up with a severe earache, and I was torn about taking him to the ER or waiting to take him to the doctor’s office when they opened. He couldn’t sleep and was crying because of the pain. I remembered someone telling me about McLeod Teleheatlth, so I downloaded the app, talked to a doctor literally within less than 10 minutes of hitting the “get” button from the App Store, and had a prescription IN MY HAND in less than 20 minutes of talking to the doctor. Mind is blown and soooo grateful! Shoutout to CVS on Irby Street too. I was so tired I entered the wrong birth date and year (in my defense, I could barely see), but that didn’t slow them down at all.
