Poor Experience
Flores Updated their website and app and did not transfer any login credentials to it. They will require users to register again to use the portal, but they haven’t sent registration emails to do so, yet they’re still sending emails requesting documentation of claims and threatening to report the claims to the IRS as taxable income if they don’t receive the documentation in 30 days but their website in inaccessible to provide the documentation. Very poor communication and a poor user experience.
