Unable to login
Just downloaded and unable to login. Also unable to use forgot password link or email through their link for help. Nothing works.
Login Issues
I use a password app that requires returning to the PW app for each item. I copy the username from the PW app, paste it into the field, return to the PW app for the password, and the first field is empty. This is the only app that does that in my history of having a phone. I am unable to login as a result. Useless until fixed.

I love having an app to get to Valley Health information! I love being able to find the important stuff in one place. I really love the ease of getting in line for the Urgent Care.
Organized Information
This is a great app to have as a Valley Health patient. I can see all of my health information in one place. It’s also great for messaging my doctor.

Love that I can get a reservation at Urgent Care with just a few clicks! I can also get into MyChart.
