Unreliable
A lot of problems including difficulties setting up, loosing connectivity, reseting. During cold days could not rely on it working. Had to disconnect, went back to manual as the lighting stopped working. Next winter will look for another alternative. Too expensive for quality given.
Good but frustrating

No boost for an hour or two, you either have to just turn it on and remember to turn it off or set a timer.
Most annoyingly it makes no reference to the temperature sensors (mine weren’t red or blue as the instructions said they’d be).
So you can’t, for example tell it to stop heating when the water (hot or cold sensor) reaches a certain point.
So it does the basic job that I wanted it to (remotely control hot water from phone) but it could do so much more if they built on the solid app.

Katastrophe
Also erst mal wo meine alte Bewertung hin is weis ich nicht... Diese wird aber auch nicht viel besser.
Leider hat sich diese App, die ich jetzt seid ein paar Jahren habe, immer noch nicht verbessert.
Mal geht alles, dann wieder nichts.
Also ist sie alles andere als zuverlässig, was das ganze mehr oder weniger unbrauchbar macht.
Die angebotenen Geräte an sich sind ja nicht schlecht.
Das Problem ist nur wenn sie sich verselbstständigen. Der Kundenservice ist übrigens nicht in Deutsch verfügbar, was mir das erklären der Fehler leider nicht einfach macht.
Also von meiner Seite leider keine Kaufempfehlung aufgrund der Unzuverlässigkeit der App. Seid 2Jahren ...

No more control for smart plug!!!
Since new update my smart plug is no more listed. Reinstall or new initializing don’t help. Product paired but no more control:(

OFF mode timer
OFF mode timer is still setting mode to Cool and temp to 25C so when I'm starting my AC for the next time using remote controller I have to switch mode to Heat 23C that is also used for timer in ON mode. OFF timer should not change mode to Cool and temp to 25C it should just turn of the AC without any other changes.
