Fun exhibition
The exhibition as always was fun and more . Yes prices are high but if you want to go on a budget you can just make sure you decide how much your spend is . Only down side is WiFi is awful , signal is bad so if you loose someone , phones don’t work . Really frustrating and at times upsetting . Very upsetting. Also I would pre plan your top 5 things you want to see and do , then wonder to your hearts content xx

Barely functioning and entirely unnecessary
Awful app. I downloaded it briefly because apparently you can only activate your tickets on there, and was barely even able to do that. For instance, activation requires you to enter the 10-digit code on the back of your card, but it doesn’t actually tell to that you need to do this in the app, but rather it just shows a confusing screen of ticket options, where you have to guess what to input. I had to ask a friend how to get past this, as is genuinely no indication that you’re supposed to enter the codes here.
I think having to download an app to attend a single event is just plain annoying; for one, the ticket activation process could absolutely be completed online, but this app is so user-unfriendly that it just makes it an effort.

SO SLOW
The app is so broke beyond me, I can’t stay in the app less than a minute.
Unhelpful during 2025 event
Main issues for me:
- The map which is the most important feature is hard to visualise. It is not possible to change the rotation of the map to landscape which makes it harder to read. It does not allow one to download or print the map.
- Requires internet to use.
- When clicking on links such as FAQ, it simply opens a windows to the webpage, making the app pointless.
- The internal feedback page for the app does not work, so I had to write this formal feedback on the App Store.
- A lot of the loading pages, are unnecessary, such as the “buy tickets”.
- There is inconsistency with the fonts and icon sizes in each segment/page.
- The activating the ticket was hard to use.
Overall, this app could have had a lot of potential, hope it will improve for event 2026 event.

Only download for the con then immediately get rid of it
I’ve never liked the app and only download it for the con itself and then immediately delete it. It’s not exactly well made either and I’ve never had a good time using the app, plus doesn’t help that mcm don’t pay for WiFi to help actually use it during the day. I’d rather have a physical map I can have in my bag that I don’t need my phone for.
