Login to App Issues
The last ~6 months, the app won’t get past the opening screen and says “checking for latest update”. I have the latest iOS version on my iPhone. I’m not sure what the issue is, but everything I am reading says it’s a server issue for the party that runs the app.

This app is awful and user unfriendly! If you are a disabled veteran unable to work, yet we have to be actively seeking employment.! This is contradicting and must be addressed immediately to avoid interruption of one’s livelihood!!

It’s easy to use and understand. This app makes the weekly certification process quick and accessible while on the go!

It takes entirely too long for the system to open up and too long to navigate from one thing to the next.

This whole system is unreliable. What is the purpose of having a mobile app when you can’t certify through the app? Huge waste of taxpayer money and claimants time

The Navigation System was fine until I got to the end to select payment method.

Biggest waste of time, no communication theres no reason for the app to actually exist, cant even complete my weekly job search on the app it just takes me to the web version which is even worse cause it makes it difficult to login there too
Bank Verification
Bank verification is deplorable. It connot verify my bank nor will it give a reason why. Trying to reach beacon tech support is infuriating because 1 the first group is not technical at all 2. You can't email and the "form" you supposed to

Hate this app
The app is always having maintenance issues, would consistently lock me out the account and would have to get it unlocked. It never accepts ID verification. It’s been useless. They’re now updating the app and I cannot get past the certification page. You can’t do half the things using the app, you have to use a computer. They are now using AI on the phones that request your social security # and making you wait hours for a person to answer the phone. Dealing with MD UI has been a paid in my body for the last 7 months !

What is the point?
Why download a mobile app when you can’t submit weekly claims on it?
Cell phone weekly verification
Is so very inconvenient to do everything online and not over the phone because not everyone owns a computer and you can’t do your “weekly” verification on your phone app, meaning you have to go to a library to do it on a computer every week. The system should be a little easier to unemployed people because we already dealing with the depression of being unemployed.
