Made acne worse
MDacne is a waste and a worthless acne product that made my acne much worse. I stopped using this product after no improvement after 3 months. Even before I started to use MDacne my face was more clear than when I stopped after almost 3 months. Don’t use this product, it’s a waste of time and money

I used it a while ago and it was honestly one of the best products I’ve ever purchased. I notice progress pretty quickly and had a great experience overall. Definitely something I’d recommend to others. (Second time renewing my membership)

these fools take 82$ from you and when you want to cancel the subscription you literally cant, i go to the settings and theres nothing, i try to get help from the ai thing and nothing theyre no help

Not a good company
Horrible company, Omds. I’ve ordered from these guys 2 months ago and they have been sending me emails saying the parcel has been delivered I’ve received nothing either they tricked you or scam u I’ve spent 30 pounds on my kit and they are telling me no refunds don’t make the same mistake I did
Caused severe acne
When I started using your products, they triggered acne and melasma on my face. I was not using the products to treat acne I only wanted a clean, clear face. I did not have breakouts prior to using the kits.
I purchased three acne kits, and my skin never cleared up. Instead, it continued to get worse. Once I stopped using the products, I noticed that the breakouts stopped completely, and the melasma eventually went away after switching to a different product.
When I tried using the creams from the acne kits again, I immediately noticed new bumps appearing. That’s when I realized the products themselves were likely causing the acne and melasma.
Unfortunately, I feel like I wasted a lot of money on products that made my skin worse than it was before. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from this brand again.

No product ever worked but this
My skin is the weirdest type , nothing till has ever suited me . My face was always full of spots and acne . i used to get one acne EVERY morning . When i saw this on insta, i never try because nothing works on my skin , but hell that adv changed my face that i always wished for all my 36 years . God bless whoever came with this formula. i really wish them long life. i can send them my pictures if anyone wants the proof.

Charges you automatically
This app charges automatically after you get the free trial products. I never wanted to sign up for this subscription, and when I went to cancel, the product was already on its way to my house. The return policy says you cannot return your package after 10 days of receiving it based on the shipping information, but I didn’t receive my package until 24 days after. That means I couldn’t return it in time, and they still charged me $80.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING $78 from this company and I have received no product. This company is ran by scammers. I highly suggest no one buy anything from this company ever again. Do not waste your money buying anything from this company they will scam you I have been getting charged $78 constantly by this company. They don’t even have a customer service number that you can reach. They have an email highly highly unprofessional. I do not do not recommend getting anything from this company.

Misleading
Membership costs are extremely misleading, total showed $58 but they charged me $88 and the confirmation email conveniently doesnt list any prices. When i chatted support to resolve, it said it fakes a day for a response and I never got one so I had to start a complaint through my bank.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I never received my package and when I contacted them, they literally refuse to give me my refund. I had to call my bank to get my refund as soon as I ask the lady for my refund she literally ghosted me. This app is a scam. Don’t buy from here unless you’re prepared to not get your money back if anything goes wrong.

Lies
I took a picture to see my results and it said 7.1 acne. Two minutes later I used another email address and took another picture and the results were wayyy different. (4.2) this app is confusing
