Nothing but trouble.
I just wrote a review, but it was so long that it dropped me out of this review site and I can’t find it. I bought the Neo XS pro in ear with the app, and had nothing but trouble with it squealing in my left ear. I tried every dome that MD makes for this hearing aid and nothing worked. my wife had major cancer problems and died during the process of trying to get these ear pieces to work. The support team was nice enough to extend my trial. Period. A couple of times. On my last call I told the person that I was sick of messing with these and I was gonna return them for a refund. The lady on the phone talked me into getting the outside the Ear hearing aid with a new 45 day trial. I’m waiting for those now. Unfortunately, I have to have my right knee replaced for the second time within a year and a half and it’s gonna be right in that trial period So I may have to get an extension on the outside the ear hearing aid’s.

Neo XS Pro app does not work
I ordered the new Neo XS pro so I could use the app to control the four modes. The app will not stay connected after 10 minutes I was told. If the battery is fully charged, you can connect & change the modes and volume. After it disconnects, you cannot reconnect to change the mode or volume without recharging. This is useless if you are in a restaurant and need to change the mode. Very disappointed.
The aids themself are quite good, so why pay extra for the pro version that does not work!

No connection
It won’t connect to the left ear unless I hold my phone to my left ear. Right is no problem

This app does not support the Neo XS Pro as claimed in the app manual supplied with the device
Too much of a hassle
I just received my Volt Max2 and installed the app. I took my hearing test with the app and after that the hearing aids stopped working. The volume went so low that when I wear them I hear less. And now the left aid isn’t connecting. I have other hearing aids from Costco that were $3000 and thought I’d give these a try since the price was $600. I’m not pleased that they aren’t working properly.

These hearings aides are a piece of junk. They don’t work right even after changing the tubes.
Only works part of the time
The app only works part of the time. It will say one of my hearing aids is not connected when it is. Or just the opposite. I have to constantly adjust my settings according to when environment I am in.

Terrible
Just terrible, absolutely terrible. Bluetooth is disgusting and doesn't connect to my phone and the only way to use your hearing aids...is via bluetooth. Hearing aids should be free and companies like this need to be shut down. Stop exploiting old people. I'm young and Deaf so I see right through your bull.

So far I’m happy with the volt max. Still learning how to use them.
Incessant chirping is distracting
I need help in stopping the chirping and sometimes the tips get stuck in my ears. Please have someone contact me who knows how to alleviate these problems.
Issues - no responses from customer service
I have to turn volume all the way down to minimize the popping/ cutting in&out. When volume is up higher, it pops/snaps more. It’s very annoying. Yesterday, the right one went dead after about 4 hours. Put BOTH back on to charge. We’ve tried calling for customer service, and emailed with no communication back. First night I tried ‘em (Friday) other people in room could hear them popping/ squealing too. When they’re popping if wife is close by me, she can hear it too when we’re watching tv. I’m not giving up on them yet, so I’ll keep using & trying to get used to. It’s as if they’re shutting off & then right back on making that popping noise. I Hope customer service gets back with me.

MD Hearing Aids
I have been wearing hearing aids for 18 years and the new MD volts are probably the best that I’ve ever had. I like the fact that I can adjust my hearing through my phone. I can personalize my hearing aids through my phone, or I can call customer service and get a call back and not have to wait a long time. MD Hearing is the way to go.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years and have been through behind the ear and in the canal types of aids. I have found the vault max to be better than anything I have tried before. Ease of use and superior customer support make a big difference when wearing hearing aids. I heartily recommend this hearing aid and the company. Their customer support is almost instantaneous and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Works ok, especially for the price.
ND VOLT MAX
I had a great amount of feedback when I first got the hearing aids. Had trouble with one hearing aid called in and they sent me a new one and also a new charger. The battery would run down fast The new aid was much better. Had to replace the domes after trying all that was sent to me to begin with still got feed back finally a girl on the phone recommended the AA double dome that lessoned the feedback I called in again and one of the girls recommended to get some E oil and put that on the outside of the domes this was a big help. I used the help on the app about four times. I probably talked to about ten people on the phone all were a big help. I do not remember all their names but some I do remember were Nichol and Chad I talked to them both twice. I also most gave up on the hearing aids but the people on the phone gave me encouragement enough to make me keep on trying. I now can understand what my family is saying when they a in the next room about 25 feet away. I like the control you get from the app. I am now happy and thank all the phone people that helped me to get them working good. I do have high hearing loss.
