Absolutely horrible
Reserved a car multiple weeks in advance. I show up to the correct location - I know it was correct because I went there BEFOREHAND to confirm where it was - and the car simply wasn’t there. Nobody to call, no way to report car missing. Ofc I still got charged for the ghost trip. Stay away from this service. Total scam

Be careful with this app I got scammed out of $10 for a membership. My drivers license was never approved after two months of waiting for them to approve my drivers license. I just gave up. They were quick to take the $10 membership fee, but they never approved my drivers license. I emailed them. I called them no response. trash company.

You Can’t Even Sign Up – What’s Going On With This Car Share Program???
This car share program was recently expanded to the City of Riverside, California — but it doesn’t even work. I’ve sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and had several friends try to sign up as well. No one has been able to complete the registration process. Every attempt ends with the same message: “An unexpected error occurred. Please contact an administrator.”
It’s unclear who is actually managing this program, but it’s clearly broken. The City of Riverside needs to step in. We should bring this to the mayor’s attention — this program is currently a waste of time and resources.

Constant crashing
I’d love to use the app and service but the app crashes upon login.
Appalling
This app reminds me of those contests where they try to make the most frustrating volume control. I rarely come across software as useless and frustrating as this has been. 4 separate occasions I’ve tried to make a reservation and still not a single successful trip has been made.
Can’t get verified
For the last three weeks I’ve been waiting to get one of these mail cars. The app keeps telling me that my identification drivers license is being pending. It’s been pending for three going on four weeks and I still haven’t got approved. What kind of business is this when I called the customer service the phone just rang and rang and rang and then hangs up.

Best customer service ever
Sometimes the app glitches and sometimes you’re left in a bit of a lurch, but the customer service on this very affordable car rental is excellent.

Worst customer support
I filled out application and it never was approved . I have emailed and called no one picks up the phone and no one replies . This is a venture that will not last with this support. Good luck!
