Excellent support
I used this for the first time this weekend and had connectivity issues. I called customer service and got a person (!) right away (!!) who fixed me up and got me charging with no hassle (!!!).

Best EV charging app I’ve tried and I’ve tried many. Basically one tap and you’re charging. Excellent customer service, you can call anytime and there’s a real human. If you didn’t like their old app - give this one a try, it’s greatly improved.
Can’t Filter Out Private Chargers
I just purchased a PHEV and am working on getting as outlet in my condo parking space. I can use this app to locate nearby chargers, but most of the ones shown by the app are privately owned in controlled access garages, so I can’t use them. The one local charger I found is in a paid parking lot, so I paid $1/hour for charging and $3.50/hour for parking. The app doesn’t allow you to filter chargers by accessibility.
