it just doesn’t work
tried to use the app as they suggested after over charging my crest card-!it doesn’t work at all won’t scan the code inspite of having access to the camera it doesn’t not see the qr code or anything else - had to use a credit card again
Poor support and payments
Their app makes you put money in your account to use chargers, even free ones. Then they take months to refund you!
Worst charging company ever
In order to charge $3 Zef makes me deposit $10? Thanks for trying to steal my money aholes, I’ll be avoiding your charging stations.
Worse charging station every
I put money on the app so I can charge, I literally tried to use the app with almost all the charging station and none of them will connect, I called support and they were the worse thing ever, the first person connect me to a line that went straight to voicemail and the second person hung up in my face. I’ve been charging this car for over a year and never had any problems, I wouldn’t recommend no one to use this service because I’ve been to several places that done such a great job especially when having a issue like this

Don’t give them your money
There is absolutely no reason I should load money onto an account instead of paying for the exact amount of energy used. Thankfully these terrible charging stations run by this horrible company support credit cards right at the station. Don’t fall for their BS.
