it just doesn’t work
tried to use the app as they suggested after over charging my crest card-!it doesn’t work at all won’t scan the code inspite of having access to the camera it doesn’t not see the qr code or anything else - had to use a credit card again
Poor support and payments
Their app makes you put money in your account to use chargers, even free ones. Then they take months to refund you!
Worst charging company ever
In order to charge $3 Zef makes me deposit $10? Thanks for trying to steal my money aholes, I’ll be avoiding your charging stations.
Worse charging station every
I put money on the app so I can charge, I literally tried to use the app with almost all the charging station and none of them will connect, I called support and they were the worse thing ever, the first person connect me to a line that went straight to voicemail and the second person hung up in my face. I’ve been charging this car for over a year and never had any problems, I wouldn’t recommend no one to use this service because I’ve been to several places that done such a great job especially when having a issue like this

Don’t give them your money
There is absolutely no reason I should load money onto an account instead of paying for the exact amount of energy used. Thankfully these terrible charging stations run by this horrible company support credit cards right at the station. Don’t fall for their BS.

I’m not in the business of lending money to corporations. I won’t be using this charging network until they add the functionality of simply paying for what you use in a single charging session. I’m not going to load a balance on here that may never get used up, just so this company can earn interest off my money or keep it for themselves if I never use one of their chargers again.

Terrible App and Chargers
Fast chargers were offline. Adjacent level 2 chargers were not recognized as even existing by the app. I also resent having to download the app at all to pay, especially since it didn’t work.
Absolute waste of time
Idk why I need a stupid app just to charge at some random charger. App is slow, you need to add credit instead of just paying. Real trash
Glitchy
I have to delete and reinstall the app EVERY time I use it for it to work. Otherwise the screen is black/non-functional, even if I restart my device.
Must force quit EVERY use.
The screen goes black and the app is frozen and unusable every time you open it. You have to force-quit the app and reopen to ever get it to work. Once it’s open it’s actually fine, but can’t be more than one star rating for an app that doesn’t even launch properly.
Map zooming is super annoying
In zooms in for a second, then zooms back out again. Ugh.

You basically have to come to the conclusion that this company decided to put up chargers just for the government subsidy payments. This network is so awful and I've never had it work for me yet. Needed it to work this weekend in Detroit Lakes MN and here we are again without the app or payment system working.

It has apparently forgotten my account because it says it doesn’t exist. So I tried creating a new one. Sending a confirmation code in a minute? Lies. It’s been ten and no such code given. Fire your IT staff and hire competent people. I’m going to a competitor’s charging station. They’ll get my money.

Bait & Switch
The app needs you to add money to the account, and the first time, it works. The second time I added funds, Zef processed my payment but didn’t add it to my account. Emailing back and forth with company, they did some bizarre math and claimed they owed me nothing and closed the ticket. DO NOT USE THIS APP. The company steals your money and won’t refund it.

So helpful for free charging
My city has a couple of these chargers and I find it so helpful to use this app to check beforehand whether either of the stalls are open before deciding if I’ll take my dog on a dog walk after parking there while getting some free juice.
Poorly designed
Used this service in a pinch and had to deposit money to use. Now I have a remaining credit and there’s no place in the app to request funds be returned to me.
