With its user-friendly interface and comprehensive content, the app made navigating through 16 iconic locations effortless. Sorry I bought this tour
My wife and I wanted to tour the Art Deco district of Miami Beach, and bought the tour in this app. Turns out there's a bug/feature in the app that causes Bluetooth earbuds to malfunction. I had one and my wife had the other so we could walk and listen together, but one earbud turned off. I tried two different Bluetooth earbud sets and it caused the same malfunction in both. And I'm sitting in the south Florida heat trying to troubleshoot the app and earbuds while my wife waits. I reset the buds, disconnected and reconnected etc. I tried the earbuds with Spotify and they immediately worked fine again. Back to this this app - same malfunction. I ended up giving my wife both earbuds and I just read the supplied text.
Second problem - directions are not very clear and the map supplied in the app is not helpful.
I appreciate the important work of the MDPL, and was happy to support them by buying this tour even though it was pretty expensive for an app-based tour. But I ended up frustrated & regretted my decision. The content was good but the problems with the app ruined the experience.

Waste of Money
This tour covered only about 10 blocks, while the historic buildings of Miami Beach are over 200. It did not give any information about the interiors of the hotels. It did not discuss markings for speakeasies. Why a whole app for one tour? It used up my time and memory on my phone. There wasn’t anything that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. SHAME ON MDPL!
