App didn’t work
We were in Old San Juan for just a short time. The app downloaded, we had service, location was on for the app, but it wasn’t picking up where we were. We were spending so much time trying to fix it, that it was taking away from our day. I requested a refund and the developer offered me a gift card to a different tour. I simply wanted a refund. He kept my payment and denied us the refund. Will be disputed through credit card services.
