Helpful little App
We spend an enjoyable afternoon driving from Gloucester, MA to Rockport and back. We used the App and it told us little stories and tut bits. It pointed out where we might wish to stop or suggested a walk to a point of interest.
Definitely added value to our trip and we came back after having learnt something new. For less than $5, it’s a bargain!

Great for (somewhat) locals too
As someone who has been to Rockport many, many times, I still found this an enjoyable and useful addition. You start the drive at the Visitor Center and follow the coast in a circular fashion until you are (almost) back at the start. As you drive, you hear different “pins” - points of interest. These tell you about the history of the region, or some interesting thing that happened there, or about some beaches nearby. The pleasant voice and compelling stories make the whole drive quite enjoyable. If you have any kids, it’ll keep them entertained, which is a huge benefit!
