Incomplete Statement
The financial year statement is incomplete for the year 2025-2026. It only covers dates 01/07/2025 to 22/05/2026. It is all because the app decided to migrate to a new app. I had to waist my time calling the bank and spent over 2 hours on hold until someone could help me. Then they still couldn’t generate a full statement and had to seperate it into two different statements.

Terrible app and online banking
This is 2026. For a financial institution to not have a robust app that can perform basic & expected functions - this is an embarrassment. Don’t bank with them if you have other options.
App is down
The app is down and I can’t log into to access my money. What is going on?

Totally useless app, no call support, no message support, most of time server outages and unreliable fund transfer.

Disappointed with ME go app
Whilst it has some simplicity in function it seems to fall way short when trying to report issues or request support.
The email system was much better than this newer AI Alfred app experience.
When I try to use the Help ME function it does things like fill the screen with blarb expecting you to type a question then doesn't provide a keyboard to do it.
