Technology is great but after sale service need to improve. For brand new launch parts are not available. Need to wait 10 to 15 days.

Thank you for the connected tech. Few suggestions
1. Please enable a widget in ios to have the car key metrics available as a widget
2. Car details are not synchronised reliably. All trips are not synchronised.
3. Should allow to connect the app to car even when car is below 20% SOC. Remote command execution can be stopped. Currently connectivity itself is stoped.

Mahindra is full on scam
I have a batman edition on every query the support team routes to technical team which is really not technical, and they route it to the customer support and the cycle continues no body knows what to do. This company is a big scam and Anand Mahindra has disturbed the mind and peace of an ev owner.
I would request to guys reading this go get an Ola electric but stay away from Mahindra EV.

Please bring Widget support for iPhone and Apple Watch
Requesting for you to add support for widgets for the watch and phone. Extremely helpful to have the battery status at a glance (and while charging) along with some other useful information right on the home screen or lock screen.
