Expensive and buggy
They blocked the IOT instead of entertainment when the plan expired. 5K (discounted to 4K) is expensive to keep using the app. There should be cheaper plans to use connected features while expensive plans of entertainment is needed. The 360 camera doesn’t record important scenarios and is also rarely accessible live even after such high plan demands. Horrible way to earn money. Not buying mahindra in future now. Was already planning for a BE6E but dropped the plan due to such behaviour. Also their support and service is slow. They returned my vehicle dirty.

Still long way to go. So many features are still missing. Would be good if we could control the charge level from the application. Promised to use the cameras as dashcam. That is still not there. Park assist is there but still not working. Bugs in and around. Crashes out sometimes

I’ve been using Me4U: Mahindra eSUV for You for over a year now, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The company made big promises at the time of purchase, but key features like the NFC mobile key are still missing. What’s worse is that there’s been no clear communication or timeline—just empty assurances.
In a country where vehicle life is capped at 15 years, wasting over a year without delivering core promised features is unacceptable. That’s a significant chunk of ownership time gone with incomplete functionality. Features like the semi-active suspension system and others were part of the selling point, yet they remain unavailable.
This isn’t just about delayed updates—it feels like customers have been misled. When you invest in a premium product, you expect premium commitment, not broken promises.
At this point, the app (and the ecosystem around it) feels half-baked. Strongly not recommended unless the company starts delivering what it promised.

Error message ‘Request incomplete. Try again later’
The app is very good. However recently I am experiencing issues in logging. After using Forgot password also same message of ‘Request incomplete. Try again later’
More analytical data
Please provide an option to view units consumed for both a specific trip and for a specific day. Currently, the analytics only support viewing data for the entire week, and there is no functionality to filter by a single day within that week.
Need of Widget support
The app is mostly reliable with my usage for over 3 months.
1] But we’re badly in need of widget support to quickly view the status of charging and performing remote operations like unlock or turning the AC on.
2] Also there needs improvement on the navigation and tracking. The car icon is not properly aligned with the direction of movement.
3] If the car in the app matches with the colour of our actual car, it would give a more personalised feel.

Best EV Companion App 🔋🚗
Me4U app is really impressive and makes the EV experience much smarter and convenient. The interface is clean and easy to use. I especially like the real-time battery status, remote controls, and charging station features — everything is accessible in just a few taps.
Connectivity is smooth most of the time and it feels like full control of the car is in your hand. Trip planning and insights are also very useful for daily driving.
There is still a little scope for improvement in speed and response time, but overall it’s a great and must-have app for Mahindra EV users. Highly recommended! 👍

Good Vehicle Assistance App from Mahindra
The App is quite good, I must say with all the details of the vehicle available, including GPS Location details for tracking of the vehicle, as well as Booking Slot for Service, along with Remote Functioning capabilities.

Nice app but can be better
It works, it does what it does, but that’s the bare minimum. I would really appreciate if you guys can add themes, support for profiles (which is still not available), switching off service mode from the app, make the app a bit more user friendly and browsable since it took me a week to figure out where I can see my previously taken trips (why is it bundled in the ecosense tab?). Please make the app a bit more user friendly and themes would be great!!

Good, but can be better
Does a good job of showing me all the information about my Be6. Could be great with few more features.
I agree with some of the review comments by others. Looking forward for some useful new features. Here’s some ideas,
1. Ability to start charging from app when it stops charging for whatever reasons is useful
2. Sometimes the app shows wrong state of windows and/or lock especially when running remote commands from app
3. Trip planner to be able to plan trips knowing different SOCs at destination including selecting charging stations on the way. Should be able to also simulate what distance I can travel based on how much I charge at charging stations.
For some reason, since last few weeks, none of the charging sessions is showing up in the energy section of the app. Should I be concerned?

Start/stop on the phone
Honestly, love the app. If only we could start and stop our car on our phones and if we get the live feed feature as well which hasn’t been working it would be great.
Useful app; could be better
During my review of the Heart Rate feature in EcoSense, I noticed an issue with the time series chart’s x-axis. After the first few minutes, the x-axis timestamps start displaying as “5:30”, and the heart rate overlay/plot also appears to stop beyond that point.
Could you please take a look at the x-axis timestamp handling (timezone/formatting) and confirm whether the data is continuing to render correctly past the initial window?

So far, the app is nice, kudos to the engineering team.
I wish to see some app features in future.
1. Charging scheduling

Awesome app!
One of the best implementations of the smart apps for vehicles. All the remote features work without much delay. Having said that, some features are still missing and the app needs frequent logging in. These issues need to be addressed asap.
Maps doesn’t load
I’ve noticed a bug in this app that in navigation tha doesn’t load or even if it loads it doesn’t load fully other than that the app is absolutely amazing.

Needs improvement
Needs more control and bug fix , also direct WiFi connection with car when in range of no network
Very well optimised app
Gives full control and visual of the car including current status of SOH of the battery, remaining range, climate control, which doors are open, location tracking and trip planning.
Also provides access to home charger and controlling the same.
As of right now Secure 360 isn't working. Hopefully will be activated in the next update
