Best meal planner!

Thanks for the nice review!
Handy but needs work
Trying to create a recipe manually and if you enter quantity and measurement when you add the ingredient it works however if I try to do this afterwards it doesn’t let me 9/10 times and takes me back to the recipe.
I’m cooking for one so if a recipe is for 4 there is no option to change to 1. Not an issue but this does impact the shopping list when I add leftovers into my plan or I have to manually edit the recipe.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback. I'll look into the quantities and measurement bug as soon as possible, and if I find something broken I'll fix it and issue a release. About adjusting the recipe portions, it's already on my radar, it'll be added in a future release. Thanks again! UPDATE: the bug that prevented from updating ingredient quantities on the iPad was fixed in 2.69.2

Hello, the app has a history and backup section in the Settings screen, you might be able to recover your lost recipes there,

Basics are good

Hello, there was a bug affecting Google assistant integration. Unfortunately the same bug prevented me from receiving feedback sent from inside the app, so I might have missed a message of yours. I am very sorry if this is the case. Luckily a user notified me about the Google Assistant problem yesterday, and I immediately released an update. I suggest you update to 1.64, this should fix the issue. About subscription cancellation, unluckily one can only cancel in the iOS Settings, I have no ways of letting users cancel subscriptions inside the app. At any rates, I hope 1.64 works for you. Do not hesitate to contact me at support@menuplan.app for any other issue. Edit: unluckily Google decided to sunset Conversational Actions: they will work until June 2023, and then the will stop working. For this reason the Google Assistant integration will stop working on that date . There is nothing I can do to prevent this, unfortunately Google will block this kind of integration. Cheers, Davide
App is useless. DO NOT BUY
1) Shopping list is NOT populated by the recipes you enter (says there are no recipes entered for the week even when there are!)
2) The app suggests you can ‘import recipe’ from text / CSV files - but no ingredients or instructions are imported!
3) Hard copy print out of your plan is absolutely useless (wastes space with icons leaving room for only one word per entry), etc. etc. etc.
Do not waste your money or time. I will be requesting a refund. I will also search out the publication that suggested this app. They were clearly mistaken in their recommendation.
