No attention to detail and no accountability
I have registered for monthly meal service for dinner, shared location and paid the premium. My dinner delivered in wrong location and even after 2 hours of follow up and calling each and every person in Mealato, there is no response. No commitment and no accountability from the team.

I received a call from the delivery boy asking for my address. I gave him the correct address and also shared my location. After that, he didn’t call me again, but later claimed that the food was delivered. I searched from the 3rd floor to the ground floor, but there was no food package. I called customer service, and they also said the same thing. Now, when I try to call them, no one is answering.
