Doesn’t work
I purchased the OW – 17 and cannot find any videos or information online regarding pairing the app. I successfully paired the device to my phone, but the app keeps telling me to reconnect the Bluetooth when it’s already connected. Unfortunately, you need the app. To find tune the aids. I contacted the manufacturer and will hopefully get some assistance.

Asked for a password I’ve never been able to set up, indicates a code has been sent. However, after at checking all my emails there is no code. I cannot use this product without this information. Too expensive for not being able to use it.
