it just does not work as intended to be

after my 30x attempt, I was able to use it one time. Maybe I was doing it right but no matter what I do, where I point, how long I do it, does not make it work any easier. I am not gonna be spending all day trying to make it work when I need it. It will probably be quicker to go to the store and buy tape measure and come back.

Not smooth ☹️

Selection of points are not smooth. Some time you will not be able to focus or put point where you want to measure from.
