Awesome land measuring tool

This is an awesome measuring tool for land owners or anywhere on the globe you want to measure distances & area! The maps in my area in NC, USA are more updated than any other aerial map apps at present. The current (Sept ‘25) imaging was obtained in March 2025 whereas other map apps are older.
