Finished my 101 course recently with Trainer Joe Midosch. This will elevate your processes throughout your company. The app is constantly being updated and improved. If you call yourself a professional you should be using this!

A must have for every company
Allows contractors to make sure all employees follow a standardized approach in the field. My customers love the report. It’s makes everything look professional and easy to understand for the clients
Too much personal information required
The only thing they don’t ask for is your blood type. Deleted

Love it but don’t know why no vacuum gauge connection for field piece vacuum gauge. Other than that any time I get an update I have to delete and redownload to make it work correctly.
Reinstall
Constantly have to remove and reinstall the app on a weekly basis.
After a few days it won’t open just a blank white screen. Then that’s when I need to reinstall it, kinda fry when your somewhere there’s no service.

I’ve used this app for a while now with both, Testo and Fieldpiece probes..
I like to use multiples when doing system checks so I can log more than one unit at a time..
Now I can’t even get it to let me login, it won’t load, there’s no website you can go to for reports you’ve created, etc..
If they want it to be the end all/be all, there needs to be some form of backup, access setup!!
Logging info for over an hour, get logged out and lose everything!!

The app has the features that are very valuable. The execution of how to use the app keeps evolving. Developer has a history of adding functionality and changing the user experience frequently which causes end user needing to relearn how to get the data entered and completed for a project. I would prefer purchasing the application and forgoing the current monthly plans model.

Hasn’t worked on iO18.1 or 18.2
Just a blank, white screen that does nothing.
Connects but won’t display in guages, only shows in probe manager.
This was a really cool app, it connected quickly and worked correctly. I purchased more Bluetooth tools because I thought it would help out in diagnosis , it worked ok for a while then suddenly neither my tablet or my phone would display pressures. I thought it was my Testo guages so I purchased another pair of the same type( figured I’d send old set off for repair) . This made no difference. I can only view pressure or readings in probe manager . Very frustrating. Back to the Testo app.

Can’t even sign up
Just keep getting an error every time I sign up I know all the information is right but no matter how many times I try I keep getting an error code HTTP5. Not a good first impression.
Overpriced
This app is nice setup and helpful buuuut it’s way too expensive nobody ever charge 5$ for one time use, meaning 5$ for each job if you have 6 jobs a day that means you’re paying 30$ a day that’s hilarious I’ll absolutely recommend you to look for a different app that’s a ripoff

Improves efficiency!
This app is very useful for techs. I like where they are leading the industry and how they accomplish efficiency, standardization, and enforce the right way of doing things. The app devs and creator are also great at continually improving this app and its functions. I will continue using it and supporting it with the optional premium features which I thank are very beneficial if you can fit it into your company and workflow.

Update problem
After this last update my testo gauges and probes and my field piece ones take forever to show up in the app to see the readings. Sometimes it takes 3-4 minutes with the fieldpiece and haven’t been able to see my testo set.
