Feedback for possible app feature: One challenge is tracking which block is which and which probe goes with what block during a multi-probe cook. Something that might help - particularly now that only connected blocks display in unknown order - is to allow the user to name each block and display the name in the interface display. That way you know which displayed block is which. Also, the prior numbered clips for the old probes were helpful, but are not available for the thinner, newer probes. This would be helpful as well. Thanks.

Recent update broke it
The most recent update unpaired my device and now I can’t re-pair it
Constantly loses connection
This thermometer constantly loses connection in the middle of cooks. Cooking a brisket now and have to close app and reconnect to see current temperature. I have resorted to just checking with thermopen.
App update broke it
Last update cleared my devices and won’t show up, yet an older app version is fine.
MEATER 2 Poor charging info
Great product when it works. But app doesn’t provide charging data. Should be an easy fix and would make this a good product
Poor connection
The probes constantly lose connection even if within 2 feet of the block. We have the 4 blocks and number 2 hardly ever connects and, if it does, it drops the connection so often it’s not even worth using.
They don’t listen to suggestions
The temperature probes are great. The app not so much. I’m cooking three of the same thing, why do I have to put it in three times and get the warning for grilling three times! Come on update the app!!!

Yes. It’s a good app. The link,“connection”, between app and probe is intermittent. That means it works about half the time. Troubleshooting points to operator error. Spend more on the connection than on the app development.

Unreliable
This has been the most expensive probes I have ever used and they never work correctly or consistently. The app always disconnects, the probes don’t hold charge, even charging them over night before a cook. I would not recommend these at all.
Best I have used
This is an excellent way to obtain a perfect cooking of your meat and, at the same time, put food safety first. As a bonus, it it extremely easy to use. I highly recommend.
JUST ONE CHANGE PLEASE
I love this thing, use it all the time. But I HATE the constant beeping. I turned off notifications for the app but somehow it still beeps. I’ll be cooking and listening to a podcast or music and every 5-10 seconds I hear a beep indicating a change of temp. I DONT NEED TO BE NOTIFIED EVERYTIME MY MEAT GOES UP A DEGREE. It’s so incredibly annoying

This new app is horrible. Prove has lost its connect which was fine and now it won’t pair to app and is virtually useless
