Almost 5 stars!
So far the thermometer has worked relatively well.
The only complaint I would have is that it loses connection on a regular basis..
Sometimes it restores it itself sometimes I have to reset it.
Besides that, I love the freedom of having wireless and the fact that I can put something on the smoker or grill and go inside while the app on my phone keeps me updated on progress.

Won’t stay connected
Disconnects mid cook despite following directions to keep the base close to the probe. Works sometimes but about half the time it won’t connect at all or disconnects mid cook. I thought it was a low battery at first but all instructions and tips have been followed, still no luck.
WiFi difficult
There should be a one click solution to changing WiFi on these. With current system in place I’m tied to my home network
