Great App
This is one of the few apps out there that withstands the pass of time! It’s very user friendly, and gets the job done fast and easy. No unnecessary content, no confusion and always work. The fact that this app has been around for a long time without needing enhancements attest to great value it provides to all its users. A strong word of advice to Anova, DO NOT attempt to change or even think of sunset this app, it is perfect as it is.

Disgraceful customer service
Bought a model in 2018 and it’s worked great, but now essentially rendered useless not because the unit itself has failed, but because Anova has decided to no longer support it and push users to a subscription model instead. That’s not how to build a solid and loyal user base. Time to go find one of the many other brands that doesn’t shaft their users. Buyers beware….

New fangled gadget works greqt
I've been using my Anova for a couple years now. Consistently juicy meats. Tastes great. Not dried out so much as I often did on my grill. Smart phone connection is very helpful as well -- all my cook times are memorized -- really nice!
Much Better
When I got my Sous Vide a year ago your app was terrible. Wouldn't load, forgot the parameters of the current cook and would make me re-sync every time. Now, most of those problems have gone away and the app is working, pretty much, as intended. Thanks for the fixes and keep it up!
