This new app is completely broken. I can’t even login as it won’t let you click on the fields to bring up the keyboard to type. Even if you can get logged in, it has many other issues too.
It seems like they are doing some of it on purpose to make it even harder for people to earn rewards and to then use them. It’s very sad and this shouldn’t be hard to fix these issues.
Please make your app work better or just don’t have one at all!

More difficult to use than the old app
This app works well if you are ordering via the app. If you are ordering in store, it’s virtually useless. You can no longer scan to earn rewards and pay at the same time. Scanning for rewards and paying are now two separate acts, which is more difficult and time consuming. I also tried to redeem a reward. I scanned the app and I selected the reward on tablet screen. It then says to show the screen to the cashier (I guess so they can apply the reward?). Not only was the reward NOT applied to my bill, but I didn’t get any rewards points for my order either. The whole process is ridiculous compared to what it used to be.
