A HUGE fan but HOZO, please read this review and reach out…
I am a huge believer in this project and all the products in the range. They are beautifully designed and work amazingly well but the app is just terrible. Come on Hozo, sort the app out and let it be a fantastic partner to the products.

À chaque démarrage il est nécessaire de remettre l’unité de mesure (mm. cm , mètre) c’est pas génial. Il faudrait que l’appareil garde en mémoire les dernièrs réglages.

The app has no valid privacy policy, after reluctantly installing the app and updating my laser measure it made its accuracy worse!

Firmware update button does nothing
Wanted to check whether the firmware of my M-cube needs to be updated - tried pressing respective button and it does nothing
Vraiment pas super l’application
Elle est incompréhensible je pense que seule le développeur peux la comprendre et l’application fait un gros défaut pour l’appareil si vous vous trompez vous recommencer votre prise de cote donc une perte de temps bref pas du tout au point faites un appli Simple SVP 👍

Bon appareil , mais pas l'app
J'ai le meazor 3D qui fait effectivemenrt des relevés précis, tous modes confondus. Mais l'app est une catastrophe (complètement buggée car quitte de façon inopinée, peu intutitive, pas complètement traduite ...) Il ne manque qu'à l'améliorer et la fiabiliser pour mériter 2 étoiles supplémentaires. Mais ça c'est une autre histoire, car pas sûr que cela soit le cas. Ce qui enlève de son utilté à l'appareil finalement.

Frustrating
Excessive fiddling to get things to work when making a floor plan. Trying to tell it to draw a door and suddenly you have multiple doors, windows are the same.

Constantly closing
Constantly closing on me while working n drawings with my IPad 7th generation. Had gotten pretty far a couple of times before I just got frustrated and stopped using the app for a while. The product is pretty good but this app needs some improvements.
Minor corrections improvements needed
While I am waiting for the Meazor devices I ordered, I have been playing around with the app. Here’s a short list of needed improvements: 1) When opening the App, the pop up navigation to show how use the App displays in Chinese? Characters. I had to randomly click on the characters to get the guide to move forward. 2) When clicking on the “pencil” to edit a project, it opens a new project instead of editing a project. Editing should allow for entering an address or other project name in addition to changing the drawing. 3) A way to delete projects is not seen. Maybe this is accessible in the edit function that is not working? 4) When drawing lines or other objects, the measurements are next to the lines and are hard to read. 5) The menu at the bottom of the screen has a submenu which part of the words are blocked by a white line. 6) The app would randomly crash and what I was working on was lost. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Other items I considered suggesting probably fall into learning how to use the App.

Still waiting on my Meazor devices to come in. They should be shipping soon if they have not already. Several of the things have been improved upon. To delete projects, a press and hold will show an option to forward the project or delete it. The projects can be renamed by getting into the project and clicking the title at the top of the screen. The line measurement now is in a bubble which is easier to read. It’s not perfect, but a lot better.
Once I get my devices I will update again.
