Wi-Fi doesn’t work
It works then 1 year later it won’t work and says it’s not connecting it is probably worse then a temu robot when u press the help button it doesn’t help at all. Don’t buy waist of money :(

Such a fancy pancy you product, was so excited when I got it for my birthday, loved and played with it every single day for about a month until a motor stopped working! Contacted Skyrocket, but of course they couldn’t fix and no refunds.

Doesn’t connect
When I tried to connect I didn’t no wonder it’s three stars and waste of money.

Found my old Mebo 2.0 in the attic, will no longer find it through the app even though I did the forced reset. Connects the Wi-Fi portion to the Mebo fine, just the app cannot find it for some reason
Internet won’t connect
I’ve had this bot ever since the original Mebo messed up. Once I got this mebo 2.0 it was fine until I tried to play with it after I found it. The internet can be found but will not connect. If you cannot fix it will I get a refund along with other people? ~Christopher
Fix this awful app
I’ve been trying to open this app and use this robot for the past 20 min. It is extremely frustrating every time I try to connect to the Wi-Fi, but I’m ALREADY CONNECTED TO ITS WI-FI. Fix it
What’s wrong with my bot
I’ve had this thing for about 3 or 4years now then I stoped using it so then I found it the basement it’s still in good condition but it needs it’s own Wi-Fi so I tried connecting it and it said no internet connection so I tried restarting it and that didn’t work and it doesn’t need charging because I never used it a lot when I first got it the product is great but it’s just needs some updates.

Apple WiFi protocols killed MeBo!
Last year (2020) with the changes to Apples iOS and WiFi protocols with newer devices, this awesome robot simply does not work anymore. It cannot connect, even though the app is still available, but the company does not seem to have plans for an update that will fix this problem, so MeBos everywhere are getting relegated to the junkyard. Such a disappointment!
Luckily, it does still work with my old devices, so if you have this problem, track down an older iPad or iPhone and you should be able to get it going.

Connection Issues
My MeBo 2.0 dose not connect at all when I first got this 2 year’s ago there was no issues ever Sinai had it on a shelf it has never bin dropped or abused in any way it’s practically in mint condition

Very disappointed it never connected to the MeBo I did everything I could do but did not work ik I did everything as your supposed to

Please fix your app if I try to use my mebo the mebo works but the app does not it just keeps saying searching for mebo

This product only works on android and iPhone 7 and under i would not reccomend unless you have one if you do they are fun but other than that you can’t do anything
