App will not connect to MeBo
My iPhone connects to the MeBo’s WiFi but the app will not connect! If there is a solution to this problem please post it! The Skyrocket support link sends you to a blank webpage!
Doesn’t even connect?!?!
I’ve tried for about 2 hours now and cannot even get it to connect. My poor baby boy is now crying because this stupid robot won’t even connect. We watched videos tutorials and nothing!!! WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ROBOT.
It works (kinda)
The app works well. It has a range on broadcast mode, so you can’t send it more than 15 feet away because it becomes unresponsive then. In router mode, its the same thing. You start to encounter some problems when more than 15 feet away (from your router), such as slow responsiveness, buggy camera quality, or just a white screen instead of seeing the camera. Also, what happened to the Android version of this app? I tried searching for it on the Google app store, Galaxy app store, and the Amazon app store, yet I couldn’t find it. I tried seeing online if there is any information on this, but there was nothing. I have a Galaxy S8 Active. I thought it was an unsupported phone model, so I went back to one of my older phones (Lg Aristo 3, which had the app before I factory reset it) yet I still couldn’t find it.
