Do not purchase

Can’t get the sound to work on the videos. The flashcards were written by a seven-year-old. Awful app. Do not purchase this package.

Videos Not Functional

None of the “app exclusive” videos work, the pages come up blank. The regular videos that can be accessed from the website function normally.

Great app for studying but the flash cards won’t work if you accidentally hit back from flash card 1. Also the video sound doesn’t work

Hey, I am sorry you were having those troubles with the app. I know the video sound can be a tricky on but normally the issue is because of the mute switch on the side of the phone being set to mute. If that doesn't fix the issue please reach out to us at appteam@mortgageeducators.com.

Sound on videos not working

All videos won’t play the sound, even when connected to headphones, Bluetooth anything :/
Finally saved up for this study guide and can’t access half of the material from this issue. Looking forward to a resolution
