Can’t get the sound to work on the videos. The flashcards were written by a seven-year-old. Awful app. Do not purchase this package.
Videos Not Functional
None of the “app exclusive” videos work, the pages come up blank. The regular videos that can be accessed from the website function normally.
App doesn’t work the best
Great app for studying but the flash cards won’t work if you accidentally hit back from flash card 1. Also the video sound doesn’t work

Hey, I am sorry you were having those troubles with the app. I know the video sound can be a tricky on but normally the issue is because of the mute switch on the side of the phone being set to mute. If that doesn't fix the issue please reach out to us at appteam@mortgageeducators.com.

I like to study on the go and having this app in my back pocket was key.

Cannot even login...goes to blank white screen 👎
Poor working
The videos won’t play sound after you pause them. So if you pause to run to the bathroom and come back suddenly the sound won’t work. Then when you try to go back and fast forward to where you were it still won’t work or will completely freeze up the app. It needs a ton of work especially if they are going to sell a study course for over $100 and it not work.

App is AMAZING
The app worked great and it was so nice to have all the test preparation I needed on my phone. Logging on is super easy if you pay attention to the instructions they provide in the description. I had some slow loading but all issues I ran into were easy to solve with common sense! I would definitely recommend to anyone, I love MEC

Does not work; company doesn’t respond
This app stopped worked abruptly. I bought it to study and then it quit after about a week. I emailed support and they said that they were upgrading the app. I told them it still didn’t work after they reset my account and never heard back. It’s been almost a month and my test is next week. I asked for a refund twice and no answer.

App works good once I gained access. Use just your email name with out the @gmail.com.

Poorly designed
I think it’s unfair to sell this to the public know that the app does not work well. When you try to contact the customer service, they also are of no help. I just wish you folks would be fair and offer it for free.
App doesn’t work
Got charged extra because of an app that doesn’t work. Haven’t been able to get past the sign in screen. Just keeps loading indefinitely. Take your money elsewhere.

Flash cards haven’t worked since the first hour of buying the materials.

Spent the money for the app so I could study. It has not worked once since my purchase. I have access to the web study guides but really only purchased so I can study via the app. I can only access my online study materials on a computer. It does not work on my phone. Very disappointing.
Not good
Paid for this service. Cannot get logged in, I was never sent the separate email with login info. Customer service was unable to help. Now I cannot access this whatsoever but they still took my money and customer service couldn’t figure it out either so now I’m just out of luck
Doesn’t open
Put in my login info and just get a spinning circle saying “Loading” but it never loads. Have never been able to even log in. Super frustrating.

Unfair
Honestly I don’t like to give one star to any business because I know how hard is to make a good reputation but I’m tired to pay again for this class which is designed just for making money and if you like to learn more you need to find different tools such as YouTube, quzlet and Kahoot! I have signed up for MLO 20 hours pre educational class ; I had hard time in my class because of technical issues so I didn’t learn that much and I had to purchase premium package which it is not great . Now I have to purchase new packages in order to use this app.
