This is the shonkiest app on the planet. It’s clunky. When you try and ask a question you immediately hit a paywall.

Mech AI is truly a life changing app

It really a helps the newer generation of techs that are just learning to diagnose a car properly based on the customers words and descriptions of symptoms, also it makes me feel more independent in my own work letting me attempt to figure out the underlying issue based on my own educated guess’s

Best Ai Mechanic app out there

Guys, this is the best app I’ve ever used it gives you everything. Repair guides, parts suggestions, OEM Part numbers, Diagnostic codes break down, and many more. This is a must have for beginners, moderates, and experienced mechanics.

Worked good but…

App works good when it works. Last month 90% of the time it says server error. Disappointing since I paid for the monthly subscription. Tried to contest support for this no response.

Good when it worked

As a DIY’r it was a real help. Unfortunately it stopped working and I tried everything to get it to work again. It just game a white screen and error codes. If the bugs can be fixed I’d be a customer again.

Buggy, unusable.

Good luck even typing without a server connection error popping up. In 2026 this is an abysmal failure.

This AI does not help diagnose or repair anything. It is absolutely trash. Used to of my five questions with no answers whatsoever jump don’t waste your time.

This app uses just general lousy, unspecific responses. You’ll use up all of your messages before you get any kind of answer. You need total junk not worth the time.
