No access to any Representatives on the weekends
For whatever reason especially always on weekends mechanics banks never let me withdraw any money and I can never get a hold of anybody since there is no one to access on weekends since Bank is closed and also represent but I’ve had Wells Fargo in the past and as well other banks and never had I had these issues with them. It is always only mechanics bank that I have a hard time getting a hold of somebody on a weekend and it always happens to be weekends.

Thank you for making your Mechanics Bank App easy to use!! It is streamlined for people like myself who are not that tech savvy. This app tells me everything I need to know, when I need to know it. I love that I can also quickly find my routing # on this app along with pictures of the checks I have written. I would highly recommend this app to other customers.

For a fairly small bank, this app is usually updated frequently and often includes modern features. It’s definitely nothing to write home about but it works.

Mechanics Bank has short lines, great customer service and very good customer security for account management. The staff is always friendly as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a banker. I’ve been a customer of them for over 20 years. I have other banks for other reasons but this bank is my central bank
