I love this app for checking my balance and checking on any debits to the account. I have had glitches with the bill paying side of things… not sure if I somehow did something wrong or if it was organic to the app. What I do know is I lost the benefit of a 10% discount for paying the bill before the due date. That was frustrating.

Nightmare
I deposit cash into atm the day before my mortgage is auto drawn. ATM didn’t work again. I took pics. Tasha/Natasha repeatedly made me feel like I did something wrong to get the $35 overdraw fee. I kept asking her what I should do differently next time. She describes exactly what I did. I pointed that out and said “ok so if I do exactly what you said to do again (as I did this time) then how it it my fault for triggering the $35 fee?” Just kept saying to make sure money is in before mortgage. Yes. I tried. But if I do exactly what you say and YOUR machine foils that, how is this MY fault? I told her everyone is making me feel like they’re doing ME a favor by overriding a fee that was incurred doing EXACTLY what they’re telling me to do. Aggravated and short, she clearly wanted to get me off the phone. I can’t stand this bank for so many reasons. This is just the latest one.

Does not work anymore!
This app used to work beautifully for me. I got a new iPhone about a month ago and the app has not worked once since. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, I’ve close the app and restarted my phone tens of times, and all I get is a little spinning wheel whenever I open the app, I haven’t gotten rather than that ever since I got the new phone. Anyone else having this issue? Super frustrating!

It used to let me login in here and there, now it never works just loads, i have to sign in on the website..

I’m glad they finally have an app of their own and it’s very convenient when the app is actually working. Unfortunately I often open this app only to se that it’s down/not working. I try to do everything on my end to get it going but eventually I just have to wait for it to be fixed.
Update: while it’s not much of a difference, I lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 and would give it a zero if I could (if only to help get the banks attention and have them fix this). Before, the app would only occasionally stop working but it’s been stuck on the loading screen every time I open it and everyone else I know who uses this bank and app has the same problem. What a disappointment. Having a functioning app and ability to check my funds on the go is crucial - especially in the modern world - and this may be the final push I needed to change to another bank.

Always Loading
When I open the app, it goes straight into loading. I don’t put any username or password, just loading.
I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it, and cleared the cache. It only works when it wants to.
I’m currently in college, five hours from the nearest Mechanics Cooperative Bank, the app is the only thing I have for my money and it never works! I mostly end up taking money from ATMs, which charge from $3-$5 because I cannot check my checking balance, nor transfer if needed.

Mobile banking doesn’t work

App Loads Endlessly
Cleared app cache twice and the application is still refusing to do anything other than load. Have left for over an hour loading with no progress. Worked fine for maybe a day.

Because I’m on a new device I don’t have an option to get a verification code with my newer phone number. It only gives me one option which is my old number
