Banking with Members Exchange truly have been the best decision that I could have made for my business! From day one of me going into the bank. I would like to give special recognition to Addie Ingram, she is the best! I wrote a review previously but for some reason I don’t see it, so I’m doing it again. I was having not such a good day seems everything was going wrong, I called to speak to someone about my account and was told that I would be receiving a call back. When that call came it was from Addie Ingram, and she informed me that she was able to get everything worked out, I thanked her repeatedly and praised God while I was driving, this was on a Wednesday! On that Friday I went inside the bank and when I walked up to the counter and gave my deposits the lady said hello I remember your name, I talked to you the other day, I told her how much I appreciated everything that she had done and told her that if she only knew what all I was going through on that day, she then said to me, when I heard your voice I felt you and knew I had to do whatever I could if possible to help you! Look at God! I could have jumped over the counter to hug her but I didn’t want to go to jail so I just kept thanking her! Whenever you get a chance please go by the pearl branch and visit her she is truly a jewel! Each and every time I go in I find myself talking to her just like she is family and tell her that I love her before leaving! You never know why certain people may come into your life but I’m thankful for God for allowing Addie Ingram to be the one on the call that Wednesday “what a Blessing”! She will always be my #1 teller!

The app want let me store the password then recall it when it’s time to type it in. Stupid!!!!!

Great bank I’ve been with you guys 10 years. I would give five stars but it’s the fact that you guys have blocked cash app from working with our accounts and that’s how i get paid with my services with my business which forced me to open an account with another bank to be able to get paid.

Unsatisfying service
I’ve had more trouble with this bank than any of my other banks put together. They are still pulling money out of one of my accounts for a loan that was paid off months ago. Customer service is absolutely awful. Interest rates are also sky high even with good credit. I will not do business here ever again.

I gave you 4 stars because in my opinion you are close to being the best banking experience I have on a regular basis. The customer service is exceptional, I seem to get the same person, her name is Diamond, almost every single time I call. She represents you on a very polite and professional level. I have spoken with 2 other ladies, sorry I don’t have their names, and they too were just as polite and professional. I work for USAA and custom service is a priority for my company. That’s why I recognized and appreciate the exceptional customer service I get when I call MECU. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is for the number of times I have tried to use my card and a charge wouldn’t go through. Not because of insufficient funds, but because I live in Arizona and you are just making sure it’s not fraud, I do appreciate the safety measures that you have in place, they just sometimes are inconvenient.
