Terrible app experience
This has got to be the clunkiest app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. You have to manually input distance every day with proof of the distance and it freezes just about every time trying to upload forcing you to close the app and reopen. I am bummed I signed up for such a long challenge using this app because I want the medal. If you want to save yourself lots of headache and frustration, use conquer challenges. I am not affiliated with either company, just tried both of them and this one is awful

Love MedalMad
The Progress Maps are the best! Always matching the theme of the race. They are colorful, motivating and beautiful! The medals are super high-quality and always reasonably priced. The milestones are motivating and sometimes educational! I love the choice of long and short challenges. I have been with MedalMad two years and still find many beautiful medals for my new challenges!

Clunky, outdated app ruins the experience
I love all the challenges that they have to offer, but the app is going to prevent me from ordering any more of them.
First, it doesn’t allow you to toggle between kilometers and miles when you’re viewing your evidence after submitting.
It also doesn’t allow you to enter the date for the distance you entered. It tells you the date you submitted the distance, but it does not tell you the date you actually completed it. This makes it very hard to keep track of what you have submitted and what you haven’t.
The maps are weird and have a ton of icons on them that are difficult to click when you try to click a waypoint or milestone.
It often gets stuck when you’re loading your challenge, making it almost impossible to even see the map on a consistent basis. I was unable to click a waypoint on the map until I went to the actual website and was able to click it there.
The app is really slow and really bad, guys. If they just spent a little bit of money and have someone come in and freshen it up and update it, it would really help a lot.
For these reasons, I’m gonna stick with Yes.Fit and Conqueror challenges. I’ll keep checking back, though, to see if there are any improvements in the app. I might be able to come back and do a second challenge one day.

Awful
This app is horrendous. Slow and clunky. It looks like it was made in 1995. Such terrible design. Skip it and do conqueror or something that works.
