Service Improvement Request: Delays, Lack of Update, Mismatched Orders, & Communication Gaps

I would like to share some concerns not just from my own experience but also reflecting feedback from other customers as well.

While I truly appreciate how efficiently you deliver products once dispatched, there are recurring issues that need serious attention:
1. There have been multiple instances where products arrived with missing parts or in different colors than what was originally ordered.
2. Communication and updates from your team are lacking. For example, I have placed the same order twice and neither time has the product reached Bhutan.
3.In another case, I waited over two weeks for an item, only to be informed after follow-up—that it was out of stock. There was no prior notification or call to inform me about the delay.
4. Additionally, your customer care often assures they will call back after checking with the Jaigaon team but the follow-up rarely happens.

These repeated issues affect customer trust and satisfaction. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication, inventory updatesand after-sales support.

Helpful but unable to know how to purchase

I’m not sure but I think this apps helps us in ordering merchandises from Amazon india by letting us pay with our currency and our banking system but the question is how so if the Devs could post a tutorial vid along with the pics it’d be helpful la
