Authentication Never Completes
Logging in never gets past the username and just hangs forever with no progress. I can log in fine online using a computer. I am running no special security or VPN on my iOS device and have tried logging in from the app using different WiFi and cell networks. I am currently running iOS 26.4.1
Nice Customer Service Reps, Lousy App
In the past this app wasn’t great but I could at least open it and do a few things. Now, I cannot even log in (who knew it could actually get worse).
The philosophy behind users not being able to access services in a concise manner is confusing, when I see at least eight years of poor reviews for the app.
That is, unfortunately, not prioritizing members nor delivering operational excellence.

Frustratingly uncooperative
When I'm dealing with a medical issue and need info on my not-insurance at a glance, that's when I want my app to work.... but this one doesn't. It spins and spins on my username/email and then tells me my password is wrong which I haven't even entered.
Can’t even sign in
I can sign in on the website, but the app keeps telling me that my email is incorrect. I’ve tried multiple times a month apart, so it’s a chronic problem
Can’t even log in!
As a new subscriber to Medi-Share last month, it was mentioned that the app was very handy for access to ID cards and other information. However I can’t even login. I always get “Hmm, looks like the user isn’t setup…”. I have no issues logging in via computer though. Maybe if the last update to the app wasn’t 2 years ago this might work better?
