App Store should introduce something like negative star as default 1 star is like a compliment to Medibhai kind of company. If the doctor is listed then to u can’t book an appointment it goes as an enquiry. And my enquiry is pending since 3rd august. For a doctor appointment do i need to wait for 20 days????

Avoid This App – Poor Support
Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased the MediBhai Essential package, but there is no clear information about which medicines are actually eligible under the medicine wallet. Most products show “Excluded benefit,” even after uploading a valid prescription. Customer support couldn’t provide a list of eligible medicines and asked me to contact my employer for cancellation. I submitted a cancellation request through the Benefits team three days ago and still haven’t received any response. The lack of transparency and poor customer support make this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service until they improve their communication and support.

Poor User Experience and Ineffective Membership Benefits
One of the worst medical apps I have used. The membership services offered through the app are practically unusable due to numerous restrictions and conditions attached to every service. Despite having wallet balance available, we are unable to utilize it effectively.
The overall user experience has been very disappointing, and the customer service is poor and unhelpful. I expected better support and more flexibility in using the membership benefits. Unfortunately, the app fails to deliver on its promises, resulting in a frustrating experience.
