HUGE PAYMENT APP ISSUE
FIX ASAP OR I AM SWITCHING INSURANCE: app will not keep account logged in each time. It sends me a new code will not keep me logged in at all. Also, when it shows the prompt for clicking the current plan or the plan that starts next month and I click any of them it says we’re here to help and then it says the times when I can call and then list the phone number. I am trying to make a payment.

Cant make payments
I was able to make payments on the app until November. Please fix this. I don’t know why you all changed the way you make payments when it was working before?
Can’t make payments.
Literally the worst app/insurance. The past month, every time I log in to try and make a payment, I press the “make a payment” button and it keeps taking me to a blank page that says “error page not found”. So tell me, how am I supposed to make my payments if it’s not working??? It also won’t let me make a payment on the website either

FIX ASAP OR I AM SWITCHING INSURANCE: My app says due on and then where there is supposed to be a date, there’s no date. and it says the amount but I’ve already paid for next months insurance this month.
I would call in to report this, but unless I’m speaking to a manager, the general people I’ve spoken to the information goes nowhere. Also payment history as well as invoice history is completely messed up for payment history it stops in September invoice it stops in October.

Worst app ever
If you like looking at white screen and having to log in every time you switch to a new page, you’ll love this app. I have to take medication before I use it because it is so enraging.

This app is absolute trash. Won’t even let me pay my bill now. Great.
Impossible to give them your money
This app loads longer than a massive video game. I never seen something so pitiful in my life. On top of that, they have a billing system that requires a third-party system that refreshes all the information you put in. On top of that it forgets the auto pay. So now it looks like I haven’t paid my bills with them. I can’t find any way to pay my bills with. I guess they’re not getting their money.

Can’t login to the app, and can’t pay on the web. Incompetent company
App issue
I have tried to make a payment seven or eight times it won’t save my information or let me make a payment even after I type it in immediately.
Doesn’t work
I go into the app every month and more times than not I’m forced to go online to do anything. Worthless app, but not surprising to say the least.
Useless app
Literally nothing on this app works as it should. Fix this or just get rid of it.
Login disabled
Cannot use the app, I get a message that FaceID IS DISABLED FUE TO A CHANGE IN THE DEVICE, but it doesn’t load anything else nor give any other way to log in.

Worst app I have encountered
This is by far the worst app I have ever encountered especially from a company that has the funding to have a working interface for its clients. It is beyond ridiculous. It used to be super glitchy and take forever to load. It would make you resign in like every 45 seconds but not it straight up does not work. The app opens and just spins. I thought maybe I needed to update it or it was temporarily down but it is up to date and I have tried multiple times over the last month and still no luck. I am beyond disappointed in Medica.

The app (and website) are down more often than they are up. Completely useless.

Under payments, there is a long white rectangle. I can’t see if there is a payment due or not.
Simply does not work
Never works. Have deleted and downloaded again. Just spins. Should be removed from App Store.
