Missing information
I downloaded the app in 2015 and entered our families medical records, Mum, Dad and three children. Recently I paid for the app as the records were all missing. The payment has gone through but my records are still missing and there is nowhere for me to seek help. Disappointing.

DITTO TO LOCKRD OUT OF APP. ALL MY RECORDS KEPT THERE. ASSUMED IT WAS SAFE. NOW EVERYTHING GONE. WHAT GIVES?
SCAM! Do not purchase
Have used a free version of this app for years and loved the convenience of having my prescription info, surgery history, doctors, etc right at my finger tips. But it recently changed to a paid version, with no notice, and now I can’t get to my data. I refuse to pay if this is their idea of “customer service” - yeah I’m petty but I’d rather spend the time finding a new app and re-entering all the info than paying for “hostage” data.
