Missing information
I downloaded the app in 2015 and entered our families medical records, Mum, Dad and three children. Recently I paid for the app as the records were all missing. The payment has gone through but my records are still missing and there is nowhere for me to seek help. Disappointing.

Have used a free version of this app for years and loved the convenience of having my prescription info, surgery history, doctors, etc right at my finger tips. But it recently changed to a paid version, with no notice, and now I can’t get to my data. I refuse to pay if this is their idea of “customer service” - yeah I’m petty but I’d rather spend the time finding a new app and re-entering all the info than paying for “hostage” data.

Locked out of app!
I bragged about this app to every Dr I took my parents to. I had all of my family’s medical information, including drs , medications, and insurance info. Suddenly, yesterday I was locked out. I can’t retrieve ANY of my data. My parents are elderly with dementia and Parkinson’s and I don’t have the information documented anywhere else because I thought it was safe. I tried to reach app support, but got an error message stating server cannot be found. Help!

Great concept, poor quality
I love the idea of having everything from surgery dates, doctor info and prescriptions on my phone. But this app is very buggy - crashes frequently and loses data. Took a lot of time to enter everything and now I need to find a different app!
New IOS
I have been tracking my health information for a few years. I had to download the new IOS update and lost 3 years of information!! I am so mad!
Lost all my data
I have been using this app for some time and now all my data is gone. No explanation, it just went blank. I was in a doctors office filling out paperwork and was not able to accurately fill it out. I have tried to restore my data with no success.

I had fill up birthday but can’t show correctly, the app will show wrong birthday every time when reuse

Wish it included
The only thing I wish I could change in this program would be to have a medicine interaction between medicines. There are so many medicines on the market that That they interact between each other other than that it’s a great program
I love this App
The only problems I’ve found is that every time I open this app I have to put in my height & weight. It never saves it. Also, I’d like to be able to type in what kind of Doctors I have. I need to add Chiropractor and Dentist to the list.
Great until you get a new phone
I found it really useful to keep track of my medication etc. But then got a new phone and found none of the information I'd inputted downloaded with the app - it was only then that it dawned on me that I didn't have a way of saving or logging into an account like other apps.
Nice App
I downloaded the app to help keep track of my medical information as I have memory loss issues and needed something to help when I go to see a new Doctor and have to relive my history. It would be nice if the App kept a history of your vitals rather than having to transfer them to the Notes Section ever time they are updated on the front screen. Another update would be to allow for multiple Notes rather than editing the same one.

Use it regularly, for instance when giving blood. Would like to be able to add more types of medical practitioners to the list.
