This is the worst program ever to be used! You put in your times and call and they’re altered or actually completely taken out so you’re signing something that’s being changed anyhow. Forced to use by Flexcare, nothing but issues so im being forced to write out my timesheet anyhow, a completely useless program!

Cannot Access
Just as another person commented, I am unable to even access the app. Immediately got stuck at the terms and conditions acknowledgement and nothing has helped.

The app keeps glitching and doesn’t upload the time sheet.

Haven’t been able to login for awhile now. Deleted and reinstalled several times and every time it ask to acknowledge terms and conditions. You click acknowledge and nothing happens.

App doesn’t work
It has been roughly 2 1/2 months going on 3 that this app does not work. You can’t get past the acknowledgment button no matter what you do. I see multiple people complaining about it and no one has fixed it. I would give it 0 stars if I could!

I can’t even pass the acknowledge page because it’s stuck there…
Haven’t been able to access since July
Every time I try to open the app, it prompts to acknowledge the updates but does nothing when I click button. I’ve tried updating, deleting, redownloading app, clicking links to actually read through updates, complained to multiple staff members asking for help some of which said they created a ticket. It’s been like this for the past 2 1/2 months. Keeping they’ll be a new update that fixes it.

Unable to acknowledge
The updated terms and conditions screen pops up, when I click acknowledge, nothing happens. I’m unable to access the app. I had this issue with the iPhone 16 pro max and now with the iPhone 17 pro max
Terrible.
Worst app ever. Makes me not want to work for this company anymore. Everytime I got to do anything, submit time sheet, sign a contract, submit for background check I have to do it multiple, MULTIPLE times bc it always kicks me out and doesn't save any of the work.
Will not let me acknowledge
The last several months the app on my iPhone will not let me acknowledge. I have deleted the app and restarted multiple times and it just will not let me acknowledge so that I can put in my time. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I can not put my time card in on the web site. If I did not have an iPad with this app that is actually working I would not be able to put in my time card.

Can’t sign in
Used to be able to access my account. Now when I sign in it asks me to acknowledge the terms and I can’t get past that part. Tried to delete and reinstall and still having the same issue

Was forced to transition to this app, when comparing it to other the interface is poorly designed and does not function properly . App is not up to date with requirements

Ciro is super easy to use while on assignment. It’s also really easy to find new jobs with medsol on the app. Lots of useful features.
