It is all fixed!!!

Initially the relaunch was an absolute mess, the last thing I want to fight with while dealing with MS is an app. I have a horrible memory now so can’t remember when to take meds or where I last injected. I deleted the app after the relaunch as the GUI was all messed up and I couldn’t deal with the clutter. I downloaded everything other free injection app available to be my new tracker……they are all absolutely horrible!!
After the best of the worst alternative apps failed me I came crawling back to this one willing to put up with the shortcomings.
Guess what? It was all fixed!! I don’t need the flashy GUI, I just need something easy to use and reliable. Well this app actually does both. I appreciate the new interface, it is clean, easy to understand and would 100% be great for someone new to injections. Thank you very much for fixing the bugs, back to 5 stars!!

Much Better than I thought

When I initially started using this app I was confused about how to use it. Support contacted me and sent me links to two videos that were extremely helpful. I now highly recommend this app. The App I was using to keep track of my Copaxone injections suddenly disappeared a few days ago. This one is much better than the one I was using. It’s somewhat more complicated to use initially but it is very powerful and I am very glad I found it.

Not as good since update

Sorry but it was so much easier to use before the update, especially with injectables, now have no idea where the zones are on my abdomen, considering using an alternative app

Hello. Once your injection is due, zone is shown right in the bottom left corner. Press on zoom icon to zoom it in. Also, you can display the injection avatar on the main screen, by going to settings and turning it on. That will allow you to setup your display exactly the same way as in the old version. Functional with quirks

I enjoy the functionality of this app and it works well for tracking my medications and injections. Purchasing premium to get rid of ads gets you a pop up every time you open the app “thanking” you for support. Annoying to have to close this each time. Unable to change notification sound for some reason so I am stuck with an extremely annoying alarm. Probably will not renew premium subscription.

In order to change notification sound, you can edit your medication, and select different sound from the last visual appearance step or in basic view mode. Screwed it all up!!!

Took a perfectly fine, easy to use tracker and changed the GUI. Now it’s a pay to play to avoid watching a stupid add after every injection……Nothing carried over properly from previous injections, now it shows 500+ notifications for missed injections, then to top it all off today it dropped my need for an injection, just gone…..will be deleting this and finding something easy and still free.

New update awful

The new update is full of unneeded motion, extra steps and confusion. It updated and now it says I have 2,000 shots missed and I cannot remove it.

They have made the free version awful so you have to pay to record your injection. I have to play a 30 sec video each time I want to record my shot. And recording the shot is at least 4 steps! I just want to know where to put it, mark that I did, and be done! People on medication don’t need complicated.

Old version WORKED this version is bad

Unfortunately, I cannot revert to the old version of the app. The new one buries regularly needed features into multiple clicks vs the old version had everything front and center. I don’t need slick graphics. I need simple and fast. Someone thought the old version was ugly and wanted to redo absolutely everything. Plus they now want a subscription for some features and to turn off ads. I do not do subscriptions. I will pay a one time fee but never, ever a subscription. This whole change is a bad idea. I am now looking for a different app. So very unhappy.

New interface is terrible

Lost all of the previous injections and says I have 482 to do. One place shows I’ve taken them and another says I still have to take them.

Menu is completely transparent and unreadable.

Terrible conversion.

No one should have to pay a subscription for this

I already paid the cost to use this app ad free, now they want a subscription. It worked just fine without them trying to take more money. Also, the restore purchases button ask for your Apple password? That’s not how that works.

injection reminder

This app used to be free and useful. When I tried to opened it to record my injection this evening it would not open. I saw that it had updated and to get to the where I could record my injection I had to subscribe. I subscribed and once I did I was I was extremely disappointed. There was nothing there. I have immediately unsubscribed the sad thing is it cost me money to find out this is a piece of garbage.

Too difficult

Downloaded it. Couldn’t even add a med. Way too complicated to use. Too bad. Since Abbvie discontinued Complete for Humira, I’m looking for a new App.

Does not rotate sites for me

App seems fine except that the site rotation does not appear to be working for me. I have several medications all sub q and all are loaded with 5 areas. For some reason it keeps suggesting I pin med 2 in the same spot I pinned med 1 a f ew days ago. Not sure why this is happening unless the app only ensures that I don’t consecutively pin the SAME med in the same spot and does not rotate sites when using multiple meds? Then again, I only had one med I probably would not need an app.

Any advice from dev would be great. App is lovely otherwise.

Not working right with iPhone 16

I’ve used this app for about a year and a half and it’s worked fine but recently upgraded from iPhone 13 to iPhone 16 and now it just keeps showing scheduled injection missed and doesn’t advance to next injection due.

Would love to give this 5 stars, but what this app really needs is to be able to track your injections you have to skip! I have had to skip injections due to illness, but there is no way to do that, so every time you mark it as taken, so make a note and then have to go back and adjust your inventory. Other than that, I’m happy to have found this.

Thank you for your review! You can skip it, but it’s not straight forward or clear how to use it right away. Basically you can skip your injection until you need to make them. Once you ready to do an injection you have 2 options: just do your injection and mark it completed, that will mark it as completed only for that day, or edit your medication, save it without actually changing anything. That’s will force app to recalculate its schedule. Hope that helps. Regards, Andre

Hello. There is a button to watch one ad and disable ads for the whole day, it might be useful. Also, if you decline to watch the ad, that might trigger another ad display. We added this function to disable ads for your convenience. There is always an option to permanently disable ads as well, of cause. Can you please describe the exact scenario, that does not allow you to mark the spot correctly? We will fix it in the next build. Thanks. Andre
