Os “profissionais“ do app não tem empatia, demoram um século pra responder, e quando respondem é um atendimento robótico, sem humanização. Se é pra tratar um paciente assim, porque se cadastram no app como profissional de saúde? Se tivesse uma avaliação abaixo de zero, eu daria essa nota. Porque nenhum “profissional” de saúde desse app presta.
