Reported to Apple and the app developer. No response from the app developer. Product itself is not functional.

Hello. The cancellation process is handled by Apple and works well, we've never had any problems with it. Please contact founders@medisearch.io and we will refund you. Also, our systems show that the product has not had any outage recently and works as it should.
