Not working

Nice user interface but I start a meditation and it records my heart rate but the timer doesn’t go off after 20 min. Phone goes to sleep, then I open up phone and timer is still at 19:30 or something like that even though heart rate has been logged. It doesn’t recognize my meditation nor log it as complete. Something isn’t working on the app.
