Most of the articles are all the cliche oversimplified things you can find for free on the internet. It’s like a weird sub par level of journalism but more aesthetic tumblr. Lots of opinion pieces with generic “6 books or quotes that changed my life” that can be AI generated for free at this point. The aesthetic of the posts are nice.

So many choices
I usually resist subscribing because we all know everyone wants you to subscribe to everything these days, but there are just too many articles that I want to read on Medium. I spend too much time here. Way to go Medium!
Poor UX design
1) Allow user to provide feedback in app 2) Allow user to sign-in and read articles in browser (broken again) 3) Stop forcing the browser to open app as default

Just about useless for me
I hate using the app. It’s fine for reading stories/articles but I manage several publications. I prefer to use the website because the app does not allow publication management and limited other functionality. However, if I try to manage the publications on the website, while also on a mobile device, it forces me to open the app where I cannot manage the publications. Beyond being worthless for my purposes, it is extremely frustrating.

My partner recommended and find it brilliant to contribute and enjoy other’s contributions! I would like to write and read about food and wine and entertainment but these categories were not shown and wish soon will be able to access as a true Foodie!

Great platform for new writers
Have been placing writings on Facebook and rarely hear any responses, really happy that medium offers people just starting to write, a means to reach people. Thank you for a great opportunity.
Doesn’t work correctly
Every time you open the app, it gives an error saying something about purchases basically giving some sort of error. Message reached out to customer support no response that the app is pretty much just broken that it keeps giving an error saying memberships or purchases on available or something content not available.

Unable to read novels
Hi I just downloaded this app to read a specific novel via Novel7sofficial. I can read the 1st chapter ok. But can’t read further. I have signed up and paid for my subscription. Everytime I try to get the next chapter, I’m either diverted to a gambling site or to another site where they want me to download an app to supposedly unlock the chapter

Medium is beginner friendly
I just did my first publication. I like it so far, it is affordable and it’s worth it if your looking to start a blogging business for beginners.
Mediocre at best.
Was there any real thought put into this app? It’s supposed to be for reading, but there are no real settings for font size or anything else.
